ABOUT ME
Welcome to Real Talk with Jenn!
So glad you made it! It’s almost time for coffee. . . .
Hoping you find some great reads here as I share my thoughts and passion about how we can maintain balance in our body, mind and spirit.
I’ve enjoyed writing since I was a little girl. Mostly short stories, blogging, ghostwriting for a few peeps, and editing. Now, I find enjoyment in encouraging others to find peace and healing.
So, grab your favorite cup of jo and curl up for a bit . . . be encouraged and don’t be shy to comment, share, or like ~ Keep smilin’, Jenn
No telling what you’ll find here. Some days may be filled with fun words, snarky remarks but put us in a realistic spin on life, or some seriousness.
As a therapist and transformational speaker, my passion is always to bring awareness to the struggles of mental illness, end the stigma, and embrace the individual.
Feel free to roam, read, engage and send me topic ideas you want more information on. I will oblige as best I can. Always embrace life and don’t allow anyone or anything to rob your peace!
